There has never been this many job openings in America. The U.S. boasted a 6.2 million job openings in June, a record level, according to the Labor Department. Employers are ready to hire, but they can’t find skilled and available workers to fill the open positions. Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona says the same is happening on a local level.
