Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to ending poverty through the power of work. Goodwill takes a holistic approach to employment by providing job seekers the tools to feel confident, purpose-driven, and successful. Goodwill empowers individuals, strengthens families, and builds stronger communities.
Donating or shopping at Goodwill supports our no-cost career services (including our Veteran & Military Family Career Center), essential skills training, adult high school, homeless family shelter program and so much more. Goodwill diverts millions of pounds of donated materials from going directly into Arizona landfills, helps the unemployed and underemployed prepare for and secure higher-paying jobs, and helps remove barriers for people to work their way out of poverty so that they can build better futures for themselves, their families, and our community.
When you drop off your items at one of your local Goodwill stores or a convenient donation bin, you help stock our stores with great finds and vintage treasures. This is the first step in helping us tackle the problem of poverty in Arizona!

More than 200 million pounds of material are diverted from local landfills each year through our recycling program.
Through the combination of your donations and shopping, we are able to provide no-cost career services throughout Arizona and online at mycareeradvisor.com. From resume and interview skills development to computer and soft skills training, our services are available to anyone in need of help finding a job.
