Safety Precautions

At Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, we are committed to the health and safety of our team members, shoppers, donors, clients and community. All of our locations are taking extra precautions to make sure you have a safe and clean experience at our retail stores, donation centers, and career centers.

Donating:

A donation attendant will retrieve donation items from your trunk while maintaining a safe distance. If a donor prefers to get out of their car, donations bins will be placed 6 feet from any of our attendants.

Shopping:

We want our customers to feel comfortable shopping at their neighborhood Goodwill and to know that we are taking precautions to keep our stores clean.

Our store teams are maintain frequent disinfecting of the store, especially high touch areas, multiple times a day. All donation items will be sanitized with a sterilizing spray before they are brought on to the sales floor.

At checkout, each register has a plexiglass “sneeze guard” partition to protect customers and employees.
